Charlie Valentine is an aficionado of the finer things in life. He has a passion for fine wine, grand opera, and beautiful women. And he’s a gourmet cook, too! But his style and panache runs counter to his total lack of character. Charlie, played by Raymond J. Barry (TRAINING DAY) is a gangster and proud of it. The tools of his trade are sawed-off shotguns and straight razors. He has betrayed everyone who ever cared about him.
